K-Ming Chang

K-Ming Chang was born in the year of the tiger. A Kundiman Fellow and a National Book Foundation “5 Under 35” honoree, she is also a two-time finalist for the Lambda Literary Awards, in lesbian fiction and poetry. Her debut novel Bestiary was longlisted for the PEN/Faulkner Award, The Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize, and VCU Cabell’s First Novelist Award. Her poems have been anthologized in Ink Knows No Borders, Best New Poets, Bettering American Poetry Vol. 3, the Pushcart Prize anthology, and elsewhere.
