Michael Reisman is the author of the young adult series Simon Bloom. He was born and raised in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, where he spent a lot of time daydreaming in the nearby woods. While his many jobs have included making smoothies, washing tents, and working in the film/TV industry, Reisman is happiest sitting in cafés and thinking up strange stories.
