Ellen Gilchrist

Ellen Gilchrist is a novelist, short story writer, poet, and recipient of a National Book Award for her collection of short stories Victory Over Japan. She lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she teaches creative writing and contemporary fiction at the University of Arkansas.
