Celebrate National Library Week with This is the Author! S4 E21: Library Edition, Part 3

Libraries hold a special place in our hearts. This is a week to share the love and show your appreciation! It’s National Library Week—an annual celebration highlighting the valuable role libraries, librarians, and library workers play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities.

As shared on the American Library Association’s website, “This year’s theme, Libraries = Strong Communities, illustrates how today’s libraries are at the heart of our cities, towns, schools and campuses, providing critical resources, programs and expertise.”

In this special edition of our podcast This Is the Author, we’re celebrating National Library Week by asking authors to share some of their favorite library memories with us. Listen to authors A.S. King, Cathy Guisewite, Deborah Fallows, Jill Schlesinger, Steven Johnson, Pamela Druckerman, Eliza Kennedy, Heather Turgeon, and Alexia Vernon share why libraries are so special to them. Check it out!
